We had a wonderful stay at the apartments. the room was clean, bright, and comfortable with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and 8 minutes to the shopping street. We also appreciated the great communication with the owner and the convenient taxi service. the key in the safe was a nice touch. a fantastic experience at Kitieos Apartments. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

marvellous location if you wanna be very close to the promenade and great restaurants, the centre of old town and almost all the attractions in the city. very good stay, we felt safe, recommend.

The apartment was beautifully renovated, with a comfortable bed and a nice little balcony. The kitchen and cooking utensils were new and the hot water worked well. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the promenade and restaurants. There were also many supermarkets nearby.

The bed is exceptionally comfortable. It includes comfortable bathroom. Moreover, its location is marvellous, near the Larnaca Medieval Castle and the St Lazarus Church, Finikoudes beach and many pubs, restaurant and shops nearby and many pubs, restaurant and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is new-fashioned.

Our stay at Kitieos Apartments was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the air conditioning turned on and the room clean and fresh. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular restaurants and the marina just a few hundred meters away. We were impressed by the modern and comfortable apartment, which felt like a home away from home. The housekeeper was polite and ensured our room was tidied up daily. The convenience of having a bus station and taxi stand nearby made getting around Cyprus a breeze. Although the TV had limited English channels, we made use of the free wifi to stream our favorite shows. The local kiosk across the street was handy for purchasing basic groceries. we had a safe and enjoyable stay at a great price. I highly recommend Kitieos Apartments.

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the intercity bus station. the bedroom window offers a beautiful sea view, and there is a long balcony to enjoy. Being disabled, I appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the easy access to transportation.

Nothing to dislike

We had a great value for our money at Kitieos Apartments. The room was fantastic, with a super comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the city center. The staff, especially Diana, were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Free wired internet? Just what I needed in this tech-savvy world. And who doesn't love carrying their luggage down three flights of stairs? So invigorating!

Noisy room? What a great way to experience Larnaca at night, who needs sleep anyway?
